As the seasons slowly start to shift it's time to prepare our bodies and perennial plants allies for fall and winter enjoyment!
Come join Nina Lawrin from loveren collections and explore the properties of 7 perennial nourishing herbs growing right here at The Plant! Participants will choose 2 (or a blend of a few) plants, harvest, and create a nourishing herbal oil and herbal honey in preparation for the changing seasons. This workshop is great for those looking to build community through a better understanding of perennial plants, build on plant ID, and learn how to use perennial plants with safe and simple medicinal properties for everyday enjoyment. There will be a light snack and herbal infusions for your enjoyment! Folks are also welcome to bring some food to share:)
You will walk away with:
-A Handout of the 7 plants covered and usages
-An herbal honey
-An herbal oil
-Understanding of everyday usages and applications of each herb
-Fun memories of harvesting as a plant community
-The anticipation of tasting and using your herbal products!
