About The Event
Join us on this one of a kind Women's getaway to Indian Dunes National Park. We will be hiking and learning about local plants and ecology, eating delicious wild foods that are gluten free and primarily vegan that support our hormonal health. Yoga, campfire and sisterhood! <3
June 8st: Arrival, set up camp, enjoy light foraged foods and get rest in the wilderness for the weekend ahead of us
June 9nd: Morning Yoga, Breakfast, 2 hour plant and ecology hike, Rest and Lunch, enjoy the beach and YOU time, evening yoga with a special foraged dinner <3
June 10rd: Morning Yoga, Breakfast, slowly pack up camp and head back to the city
I'm available at any point in the trip to talk hormonal health and food. These tid bits will also be layered into our meals together-enjoy the experience, it will sink in and you'll feel the difference!
$200 per person
Important things to note:
-Cost covers light dinner June 8st, Breakfast Lunch and Dinner June 9nd, Breakfast June 10rd, 2 yoga/or plant reconnection meditation classes, a guided hike/walk (moderate hike nothing too crazy), and campsite.
-You are responsible for:
1. Transportation (some carpooling is available /gas contribution)
2. Your tent/gear
3. Letting us know of ANY food allergies at least 2 weeks in advance (the sooner the better!)
4. Bringing any snacks/foods you wish to share with the group or trade :)
5. Yoga Mat (I have 2 extra so let know asap to claim one!)...Also, feet in the woods and sand feels great:)!
